WHEN I RECEIVED THE MACHINE IT WAS NOT WORKING, I CONTACTED THE SALES AND THEY TOLD ME ALL KINDS OF WRONG INFORMATION, I SENT THEM VIDEOS AND ALL THAT TO ONLY GOT IGNORED. NOW I CAN'T EVEN RETURN THE MACHINE BE COURSE ITS AFTER 3 MONTHS WHICH IT TOOK ALMOST 4 MONTHS TO DELIVER! DO NOT DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!

I'll never deal with alibaba or their suppliers again. My goods ran 3 weeks late and I paid for 13 days shipping. Also the cladding I bought was broken, chipped, scrapes, nearly every panel was damage. Supplier denies responsibility so does alibaba. You cannot win a dispute with these people.

Alibaba tries to be very helpful but they let anybody sell on their platform, there are total scam artists who will send you partial orders and then try to receive more shipping fees, Alibaba is very slow in resolving the issue and the language barrier through customer service and the sellers is very frustrating, beware who you buy from I've had some good sellers but they're hard to find
