So disappointed. I ordered a plant on November 7. No email confirmation, but it was immediately taken off my credit card. Can’t get a response from the seller, and Etsy wants to charge me $1 to get help from a tech. And of course that means giving my card # to someone else. What a ripoff. Wish I’d read the reviews before I ordered. Lesson learned!

The only way to track your package, contact sellers, view your order, or contact support, you MUST FIRST OPEN AN ETSY ACCOUNT. Trying to force me to open an account with them has made this the first and LAST time I do business with them.

As of today I am done with Etsy. They used to have quality sellers and artisans back in the day, now they basically have scammers and overinflated prices. The sellers have also become very aggressive and will report you if you ask the wrong question or leave an honest review.
