Worst customer service ..do not purchase from them. It’s been 3 weeks since my order falsely showed delivered and I am on week 3 of getting the runaround with customer service about getting my money back. I have to email daily and it takes days for someone to give you a generic response and disappear again

Don’t buy shoes from GOAT APP!!! I ordered Nike Scorpion size 6 for Men’s and they sent me size 6 for Women. When I asked to return it they wouldn’t accept the return. I spent so much money and time to send it back but they wouldn’t accept it because the time frame they said already has passed (3 days) I tried to return it via their stupid app the very next day I got it but the app just kicked me out of the process.
