Terrible broker. Account can't be activated, even after all the requested documents have been approved. I have written several emails to the helpdesk to solve the problem. They replied 1-2 times, but without any solution. It's been a week now without any proper answer and solution on how to activate the account. I'm going to use another broker this time. Terrible helpdesk, terrible process. Bad start from the beginning, not what I expected from a big group broker.
