The site is super easy and safe to work around, if you need any help their customer service is fab.Every month you are given 15 proposal credits which you use for jobs, you can buy more if you want to however they also send you recommended jobs in which they don't charge you a proposal credit. They've also made is so you have your deposit saved so if anything happens with the client you get that money (considering you've done the work they asked).

It is evident freelancers are not valuable to them. Customer support: - it looks like they don't exist at all or are short of staff - there is no focus on solving a problem efficiently, - takes more, than 4 days to get any response. OR ... you can get a response within 24 hours if you pay £10 for it... - after you get their response, you cannot reply to it directly; you need to find another box at the bottom of their page inside the Help Centre menu...find a category that closes to your problem and start over explaining your issue again.

They've added lots of delays to withdraws for no reason and even based on their own terms and conditions withdrawing to PayPal should take a couple of minutes, they've added another 48 hours delay. they cut 20% of freelancers' incomes, once again cutting on withdraws.

I had a really terrible experience where I had agreed a service with a client who then went on to lie and use coercion to get a refund which PPH honoured more or less in full. I was absolutely disgusted as everything in the workflow showed that I had been up front and working hard. PPH do no care about freelancers who do well to keep integrity, they just want to remain neutral and have no system of support whatsoever. That buyer is still on the platform despite lying, using coercion and displaying racism. I would recommend finding freelance work elsewhere.
