Very frustrated with my experience with Poshmark. I have purchased items in the past with moderate success (sometimes it is hard to pick out accurate sizes, especially since there are no returns for sizing issues- but I know this is part of online consignment). Recently, I purchased a (very expensive) Burberry coat, and it arrived damaged and completely stained, even after verification by Poshmark team. I reached out to Poshmark about resolving the issue, but my email was ignored and my order was automatically accepted. After further emails, I keep getting the same copy+pasted response. I feel totally scammed and left out to dry by Poshmark Customer Service. I DO NOT recommend using for expensive/luxury items, it is just too risky and the service is too poor.

Poshmark is absolutely a scam as they do commit acts of embezzlement against their customers! I purchased a pair or jordans on the 4th that had no details regarding the gender for the size unless you research in the post! Prior to locating the information which was a few hours after placing my order I attempted to reach out to the seller. Whom as of the 9th had not responded or excepted my purchase! Shortly after that I attempted to cancel the order and also reached out to poshmark.

Awful service. Poshmark allowed a seller to ship an item 15 days after purchase. The item was damaged and they closed the case. Sell and buy else where this place is trash.
